Goods sold on the website are supplied in good faith, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and no longer require your goods you can return them within 14 days. You will be charged a re-stocking fee. The items will need to be returned at the buyer's expense.
If you have received the incorrect item please notify me as soon as possible so the error can be rectified quickly.
Any faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded but they must be notified within 24 hours. Please included photographic evidence of the faulty or damaged goods.
Faulty electrical or furniture products are normally covered by a manufacturer warranty, so please call to resolve the problem.
Regrettably any product including but not limited to food with a sell by date, medical or material based items that will degrade over time or items that have been opened that are not faulty, items that have been tampered with or items that are not in pristine or resalable condition as new are non-returnable.
